All tiers run on Swiss-hosted infrastructure by default. Your input data, run logs, intermediate gate outputs and final dossiers stay within Swiss data sovereignty unless you explicitly choose another region. No LLM wrappers, no third-party model calls in the pipeline.

Common questions

How is "academic" verified?
A valid academic email address (e.g. @university.ch, @chuv.ch, @ethz.ch) plus a one-line confirmation of your group / PI. The discount applies for the duration of your verified academic affiliation.
Why no public price tag?
Each engagement is scoped to the indications and compound libraries you bring. A 1-target focused screen and a 50-target programme have very different compute budgets. We quote within 48 hours of an intro call — no sales cycle, no procurement theatre.
Can I trial before committing?
Yes — the live demo walks you through Phase 1 (gates 1–13) on Non-REM Parasomnia. For a deeper paid pilot on one of your own indications, we typically run a 2-week proof of concept before any annual contract.
What's the data-residency guarantee?
Default deployment is on Swiss cloud (datacenters in Zurich and Geneva). Enterprise tier supports full on-prem deployment inside your firewall. Either way, the input compounds, gate outputs and lead dossiers never leave the chosen region. We do not call third-party LLM APIs from the pipeline.
Can I switch tiers later?
Anytime. Academic → Professional and Professional → Enterprise are no-friction. A change takes effect from the start of your next billing cycle; mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated.
What happens to a run if I cancel?
Active runs complete and you keep the partner-ready dossier (PDFs, structures, all exports). Read access to your archive remains for 90 days post-cancellation so your team can finish ongoing reviews.
